Eric Levenson Mr. Levenson has over 30 years of marketing, business start-up, and manufacturing operations experience in the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment business, and in nanotechnology materials development. He has started 2 technology companies and is familiar with the entrepreneurial community, with the practices of startup companies and with the problems startups are likely to encounter. Early in his career Mr. Levenson was with PHILIPS ELECTRONICS where he held a variety of operating management positions for over 17 years. At PHILIPS he was Operations Manager responsible for a 175-employee electrical sort and final test operation for 3 years, and Operations Manager responsible for a 220-employee photomask fabrication facility for 5 years. After leaving PHILIPS, Mr. Levenson co-founded ANON, INC. to develop a new gas technology for cleaning semiconductor wafers and flat panel displays. At ANON, he was responsible for preparing the business plan and obtaining funding, for marketing the technology and equipment, for managing technology demonstrations and for helping to design the equipment. He successfully obtained three Department of Energy/California Trade and Commerce grants of over $625,000 which enabled ANON to conduct its initial work. Between 2001 and 2003 he was CEO of ANON, with almost 100 investors, and was charged with finding new development funding or industrial partnerships to further develop the company's cleaning technology. In 2003, Mr. Levenson co-founded a second start-up company with a materials scientist colleague, DESIGNED NANOMATERIALS, INC., to develop and market nanotechnology encapsulants and coatings. At DESIGNED NANOMATERIALS, Mr. Levenson, as CFO, was responsible for preparing the business plan and identifying venture capital resources as well as government contracts to fund the company's technology development. In 2003, Mr. Levenson co-founded MP SYSTEMS, LLC, a consulting company assisting established firms in identifying early-stage Silicon Valley companies with attractive technologies for potential partnerships. Mr. Levenson has been issued 9 patents related to a dry-gas process for removing and cleaning organic films from microelectronic devices. He holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Stanford University. Email Eric: Robert Ciano Mr. Ciano has over 30 years of experience in capital equipment and related components used for the semiconductor industry. He has held management positions as Vice President of Customer Support, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing Operations and Chief Executive Officer. His experience includes positions at VARIAN SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT where he held various positions responsible for Sales, Service, Training and Manufacturing Engineering, over an 11-year period. Mr. Ciano was instrumental with the merger of VACUUM GENERAL and TYLAN. He played a key role at ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES, a successful start-up in Menlo Park CA as Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Ciano was instrumental in raising over two million dollars for ANON, INC., a wafer cleaning company in San Jose where he was CEO.
